Honestly, the best sushi I’ve had in Birmingham Chef Kamal really knows his craft. I actually travelled from Oxford just to eat here and it was completely worth it. The sushi was fresh, beautifully presented, and full of flavour. You can tell a lot of care and skill goes into every piece he makes.
A very nice sushi restaurant tucked away in Birmingham. All food is halal. There is an expansive menu with an excellent selection of rolls and sashimi. I would order a boat if you’re with more than 2 people. There are some great platter options (geisha pictured). It’s hard to judge how much you need to order but ordering further is perfectly fine as it arrives fairly quickly. The sushi is so fresh and tasty, it’s the best sushi you can get in Birmingham. Service is also excellent.
It has a lovely ambience and decor, a great place to come for a special lunch or evening dinner.
I had such a lovely experience at Sushi passion! The food was absolutely delicious, the atmosphere was cozy and welcoming, and everyone was so friendly. Hana was so sweet and kind, and Chef Kamal and Chef Ram made the best sushi — everything was fresh and beautifully presented. The whole team was smiling, helpful, and made me feel really comfortable. Definitely recommend! 🍣
Really, really good sushi. No bones in the eel sushi. if there were any, they were very, very soft.
Unlimited refills for any hot tea.
Great service.
The takoyaki are deep-fried rather than pan-fried, but again, super tasty.
Yes, it’s expensive, but compared with Yo Sushi or Wasabi, it’s in another league.
Amazing. The food was wonderful. As a vegetarian there was an excellent selection. The quality of ingredients, recommend their jasmine tea and the sesame ice cream was something else.
I cannot describe how good the food is it’s just amazing 🩷 (quote from my 11 year old daughter)
