This restaurant was recommended, so as we were in the area, we had to make a visit.
The restaurant was very clean and had some traditional seating, but we chose a quiet table. The atmosphere made our visit a calm and relaxed experience.
The service was polite, assertive, and very good. Suzi contributed to our visit, making it a great experience.
The food was of a very high quality, with the menu giving us an array of choices. We chose a sharing platter that gave us a variety and some recommended starters. I thought the prices were very good for this level of food.
We recommend this establishment if you want a great sushi experience.

The decor has a very Japanese style, and the service is excellent. The waitstaff and chefs are friendly and courteous, and the food is of a high standard. It is a top-tier Japanese restaurant in Birmingham city center. We will visit again.

Sushi Passion in Birmingham is an amazing sushi restaurant that offers a unique dining experience. One of the best things about this restaurant is the option to choose between sitting at a regular table with chairs or a traditional Japanese-style low table with a raised floor. This adds to the authenticity of the experience. The sharing platters are a great option for those who want to try a variety of dishes. The sushi was amazing and tasted fresh and delicious. The prices are fair, and the service is excellent. Overall, I highly recommend Sushi Passion for anyone looking for a delicious and authentic sushi experience in Birmingham.

Went here with a last minute reservation on Saturday and was so pleasantly surprised with the quality of food and attention from servers.

We sat right on the bar and watched the chefs make all of the food right in front of us. Starters were lovely, highly recommend the takoyaki 😍

We had the rainbow roll, teriyaki roll, seaweed salad and they came out so beautifully presented. We even got to try the salmon tataki (I think it was) which was spectacular!

Head Chef Kamal, chef Ram and Madhu all made it an excellent experience throughout and so did the servers but I didn’t catch the two young ladies’ names.

10/10 would recommend to anyone looking for GREAT fresh sushi. Go and sit in for the full experience

One of the few places in Birmingham that does really good sushi. We also got the bento box which was amazing. Never tried the bento box before.

We went just after it opened, no crowd at all. Service was very quick. The food was fresh. I loved the interior, it felt so cosy. Price was reasonable.
